We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in the following situations:
- The product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded)
- Your billing information is not correct or verifiable.
- Your order is flagged by our security systems.
- We could not deliver to the address provided.
- We may ask for proof of identification or proof of billing address due to security reasons in our measure to prevent fraudulent orders from being processed. Please check your inbox and spam inbox after placing your order to see if your order requires verification.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are calculated through the UPS calculator. Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and non-residential addresses.
Please note orders take approximately 2-4 business days to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders over $100 will require a signature for package delivery. This must be obtained in-person; a signature left on the UPS notice does NOT qualify. Please note that UPS does not deliver on the weekends and the pick-up date does not count as a transit day.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service (2-day delivery service)
Orders shipping to Canada take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties. If for any reason a package is refused by a customer a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

At this time IAMRICHSOIL is not able to accept any returns/exchanges from Canadian orders.

We accept returned items within 14 days from purchase date for a store credit. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once the item has been returned to us and processed, you will receive your store credit via email. Store credits are valid for use online at www.iamrichsoil.com
All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal.
Can you ship to my work address?
Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout. We do not however ship to PO Box addresses under any circumstances.
Can you take off the signature requirement for my package?
Unfortunately we can not waive the signature requirement for deliveries $100 and over. Also, UPS cannot waive signature requirements.
I picked the wrong size/color/item. Can I change my order before it ships?
Please contact us at email@example.com we will try to make changes before your order ships.
In the subject heading please write your order number and your name. In the e-mail specifically tell us what item you would like to receive instead. Please note: this process may delay the shipping of your order by 1-2 business days.
I could not place an order, but my account was charged. What happened to my order?
If the order did not successfully go through, the order was not placed. If you see a charge on your account, it is a pending hold that should clear with 24-48 hours.
